What am I actually buying?
A redrawn technical print — patent drawings, schematics, or cutaways rebuilt from scratch at print resolution, not a filter over a stock photo. Choose matte poster, framed, or gallery canvas. How the drawings are made covers the redraw properly, and how a patent drawing is made covers the conventions they follow.
How is it shipped?
Everything is printed to order. Production takes 2-5 business days, then it ships with a tracking link by email — checkout shows the delivery estimate for your address. U.S. shipping is free on orders over $75 — every framed print and canvas qualifies on its own.
What sizes and finishes are available?
Matte poster 12×16–24×36in ($29-$49), framed in a solid wood frame with acrylite front ($89-$159), or gallery-wrapped canvas up to 24×30in ($99-$179).
One detail worth knowing before you choose: the masters are 2:3, and only the 24×36 poster and the 20×30 framed piece are exactly that ratio. At other sizes the sheet is widened to fit the print area — the paper and the grid extend, the drawing itself is untouched. The sizing guide shows it.
What are the three colorways?
Cyanotype blue, drafting vellum, and ink on white. Every drawing comes in all three, and they read very differently on a wall — the colorway guide compares them.
Can I get my name on a print?
Yes — pick any drawing and we re-letter the title block with your name, ship or practice name, and a date for +$25. We send a proof before printing.
Can you redraw my own patent?
Yes — send us your patent number or sketches and we redraw it at luxe density as a one-of-a-kind piece, from $149, with 2 revision rounds included.
What if it arrives damaged?
Email blueprinthelm@gmail.com within 14 days with a photo and we'll reprint and reship free — no forms.
Do you accept returns?
Since every piece is printed to order for you, we don't accept returns for buyer's remorse. See our Refund Policy for damage and defect coverage.
