What to include

For an order that has already shipped, the order number is enough. For a damaged print, attach one photo within 14 days and it is reprinted and reshipped free — no form to fill in.

For a personalised print or a commission, say which drawing you want and what should go in the title block, or attach the patent number and sketches for a custom redraw. Commission enquiries get a reply within 24 hours with a proof plan.
